A little bit about me!
From Perfectionism to Possibility
I used to think success meant having all the answers, following the plan, and never messing up. That belief carried me through a 30+ year career leading teams in engineering and marketing—including over a decade as an executive. I knew how to deliver. I knew how to lead. But somewhere along the way, I forgot how to be curious, how to play, how to breathe.
Then came agile. The whole “fail fast” thing? And I did. Fail. Fast.
I was leading a transformation project and suddenly felt completely out of my element. I didn’t know how to let go of control—or how to lead through uncertainty without a polished plan. My confidence plummeted. Sound familiar?
That’s when a friend introduced me to coaching. That experience changed everything.
I began shifting from perfectionism to possibility. From proving myself to reconnecting with what actually lit me up. I started small—a drawing class. Then came music, movement, and a band for “unlikely musicians.” I found joy, clarity, and a new kind of confidence.
Now? I jump for joy. Literally. And that journey is why I coach.
Beyond the Work
I believe storytelling is a powerful tool for transformation. I've worked on healthcare innovation projects in Ghana through IBM’s Corporate Service Corps and currently serve as Vice Chair of The Possibility Project, where young people transform their lives through live performance and narrative.
